PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH LINDSAY
Lindsay is not currently accepting any new, non-perinatal clients. If you are looking for general massage therapy treatments, please book with either Victoria or Julianne. If you are not pregnant or more than one year year postpartum, and have been referred to Lindsay by another healthcare provider/professional, please send her an email at hello@guelphprenatalmassage.com before booking.
Please be aware that Lindsay lives the on-call life as a labour support doula and sometimes needs to cancel massage appointments at the last minute if she is called to a birth. She makes every effort to give as much notice as possible, but due to the unpredictability of birth, this can sometimes be hard. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, Lindsay does her absolute best to get you back into her schedule in a timely manner.

Outside of her work, Lindsay loves camping, paddling, sewing, coffee, her husband, Dave and her cat, Cinder.

Hey, I’m Jules (she/her),
My friends would probably describe me as a curious black cat. I’ve always been fascinated by the human condition and the deep dark secrets of the universe. Before graduating with honours from Sutherland-Chan for Massage Therapy, those curiosities originally led me to pursue Psychology at the University of Guelph. As a fresh grad in a pandemic, unsure of where I wanted to go in life but knowing that my mission was to help other humans, I found Massage Therapy. Helping others through touch has always been an instinct, just ask my mom who I’ve given many a foot rub although not as many as she deserves. It wasn’t until I began studying the body that I realized how truly connected the mind and body are, and that maybe my degree wasn’t a total waste.
Don’t worry I promise not to psychoanalyze you, instead I’ll put that energy into making your time with me feel as safe, calm and supportive as possible. Pregnancy is a time of transition, and while my goal is to help treat your body’s physical changes I will also strive to help support you with whatever mental transitions you are facing by providing a non-judgmental space for you to be yourself and have a chance for an hour of calm and relaxation.
I know first hand the impacts that injury, hypermobility or pain can have on our quality of life but I also know the impacts that anxiety and depression can have on our bodies and so my approach will always be to treat you as a whole person and to give you the care, kindness and attention that you deserve.
When I’m not working you’ll find me curled up watching movies or in the car listening to music, but fair warning… If you get stuck next to me at a red light I apologize for my obnoxious singing and dance moves in advance.

Laura is currently on maternity leave until Winter/Spring 2026
Hi, I’m Laura! I love all things homemade and can usually be found trying new recipes or
reading a good book. As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, I’m always seeking to learn
more about how our bodies are designed and how to help them function at their best. I’m
passionate about caring for families through infancy, pregnancy, and beyond, as these
transitions are a great time to create strong foundations for a healthy life!

Hi, I’m Eszter! (they/them)
I am an incredibly dedicated massage therapist and truly love what I do. Offering care in the
form of bodywork is an immense privilege, and I believe that working with people around life
transitions such as pregnancy is a deeply sacred thing.
In my practice and beyond, I am passionate about equity and access to education, especially
around the topics of sexual and reproductive health. I’m also a professional astrologer and
always happy to chat about the stars!
Fascia is one of my special interests. The way that connective tissue responds to the nervous
system is fascinating, and I believe it is my ability to attune to the body’s subtle energy that
makes me a uniquely effective pain reliever. I also love working with scars, from caesareans to
top surgery.
Outside of work you can find me building my vinyl collection or planting my pollinator garden. I
love a creative project and dabble in poetry, pottery, and watercolour. I’m a very curious person
and love to learn - recently I’ve been diving deep into medicinal plants and adaptogenic
mushrooms.
I am body- and fat-positive, trauma-informed, and my work is rooted in my anti-oppressive
ethics. I believe that my values make me a better massage therapist, and that they allow me to
hold the safest, most comforting space possible for each and every body.

Hi, I’m Victoria Munro (she/her),
As a childhood lover of TLC’s A Baby Story, I see my practice as my way of getting to support pregnant and postpartum people through this crazy journey, without having to actually catch anyones baby.
And that love for supporting new parents turned into a secondary love for the postpartum period and supporting the breastfeeding dyad (mom & baby).
I am the only RMT & IBCLC(Lactation Consultant) in Ontario, and I took what I knew about treating adults and shifted that knowledge into how to support babies to be better feeders and reach their milestones in a more balanced body.
I have shifted my lactation practice to be exclusively in home as of 2026 so if you are looking for Lactation Support you can find all my info here: www.victoriamunro.ca.
As a mom of 2 myself, I have felt those calf cramps, that hip pain from side sleeping, and that upper body pain from breastfeeding. I look forward to meeting you where you are at and either answering questions and calming your mind, or just letting you nap and calming your body. ♡
